Nia delivers an invigorating cardio workout, develops strength, balance, flexibility,
agility, mobility, body awareness, and relaxation.
Nia is a healthy and balanced way to shape up the body, mind, and spirit. Enjoy moving
to a fun mix of music - a low stress, exercise high!
Wear comfortable clothes to move in. Bring a water bottle and yoga mat or thick towel/blanket.
